How long before my order arrives at my door?

All my order are sent within 3 business days. Then, it depends on the destination, please refer to the site of Canada Post according to your postal code (3 to 7 business days for Canada). Cards and prints are sent by regular parcel post, larger prints or orders will be sent by expedited parcel post, with tracking number (2 to 7 business days Canada).For packages to the United States, the average is 4 to 7 business days. Please note that during the holiday season, delivery times are often longer.

How will my purchase be packaged?

All orders are packaged in a way that protects them perfectly, while remaining environmentally friendly. You will receive the cards and the small and medium prints in a recyclable cardboard envelope. The cards and prints are themselves protected by a compostable plastic, to avoid any trace of water or humidity. If possible, we invite you to reuse the packaging for other purposes before recycling or composting.

What are your refund policies?

If there is an error in the order you receive, or if the order was damaged, we will give you a full refund for your purchase, and shipping.
If you simply change your mind, you can send the items back to us in perfect condition, however, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
There will be no refunds for custom orders, unless there is a defect or error.
